Refund policy

You can return your order within 14 days, counting from the day you receive your order. 

Returned items must be in their original condition including their tags and protective hygiene stickers. Must be unwashed, unworn, and unaltered in any way.

You can return your items in two ways:

1. Use our return label, which we will send to you once your return is registered.

2. Send the product via any courier of your choice (insured service) at your own expense.

Return costs are covered by the customer. If you choose to use our return label, the cost is the same as the original shipping fee: 20 PLN within Poland, and for other countries, according to the applicable rate for that region.

Please note that the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse.

Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, we will then check that the items are in their original condition. 

Once your return is accepted, a refund will be issued immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned product. We will refund the payment using the same payment methods that you used in the original transaction.
