You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to initiate a return. To be eligible for a refund, returned items must meet the following criteria:

• Original Condition: Items must be unwashed, unworn, and unaltered in any way.
• Tags & Seals: All original tags and protective hygiene stickers must be intact and attached.
• Important Note: In accordance with the Polish Consumer Rights Act, we cannot accept returns of intimate apparel if the hygiene seal has been removed or if the item shows any signs of wear.
• Hygiene First: For health and hygiene reasons, briefs and bodysuits must be tried on over your own lingerie.

How to Make a Return

No need to print anything, let's reduce paper waste!

1. Please complete our Online Return Form to initiate your request.
2. Please pack your items securely and attach the return label provided. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. You may also use any other courier service of your choice if you prefer.

Please note: The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives at our warehouse.

Refunds

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect the items to ensure they meet our hygiene standards.

• Once accepted, your refund will be issued immediately.
• You will receive your funds no later than 14 days from the date we receive your returned product.
• Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction.
