How do I find my perfect fit?

We believe that the right fit is the key to confidence. You can find our detailed Size Guide on every product page. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size for maximum comfort, or reaching out to us for personalized advice.

How to take my measurements correctly?

To ensure your lingerie fits like a second skin, you only need a soft measuring tape and a few minutes. For the most accurate results, we recommend measuring while wearing a non-padded bra or being undressed.


1. Overbust (The fullest part of your bust)
Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it horizontal. Make sure the tape is snug but not tight — you should be able to breathe comfortably.
2. Underbust (The band size)
Measure directly underneath your breasts, where the bra band usually sits. Ensure the tape is firm against your body and level all the way around. This measurement determines your band size (e.g., 70, 75, 80).
3. Hips (For briefs and bodysuits)
Stand with your heels together and measure around the fullest part of your hips. Keep the tape straight to get the most accurate silhouette reading.

*If your measurements fall between two sizes on our chart, we recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable, "humble" fit, or contact us in Direct for a personal consultation.

How should I care for my lingerie?

To preserve the delicate material and elasticity of your pieces, we recommend hand washing in cool water with a mild silk/lace detergent. Avoid tumble drying; instead, lay your lingerie flat to dry in the shade. This ensures your pieces retain their vibrant color and stay in their original, flawless condition for much longer.

Where are your products manufactured?

The products are manufactured at a Polish factory located in the Lesser Voivodeship. This facility specializes in the production of lingerie and underwear, bringing over 10 years of expert experience to this specific field of garment construction.

Where do you ship from and what are the delivery times?

All orders are shipped from our studio in Poland.


• Domestic delivery: usually takes 1–3 business days via InPost or DHL.
Europe & International: typically takes 5–10 business days depending on the destination.

What payment methods do you accept?

To provide you with maximum flexibility, we accept a wide range of payment options:


Quick & Mobile Payments: Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Blik (for our customers in Poland).
Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Klarna — allowing you to try your favorite pieces at home and pay within 30 days or split the cost.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As long as your order has not been shipped yet (you will receive an email notification once your package is on its way), you can modify or cancel it.

How can I make a return?

To return products purchased from us, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. For health and safety reasons, panties and bodysuits cannot be returned if the hygiene seal has been removed or tampered with.

You can process your return by completing our Online Return Form. Detailed instructions can be found in our Return & Refund section. You have 14 days from the date you receive your package to initiate a return.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed and credited back to the customer's account within 14 days of us receiving the returned products.

Do you offer seasonal sales?

No, we do not offer seasonal sales. We take an ethical approach to production by focusing on timeless, essential collections rather than seasonal trends. This allows us to avoid overproduction.

The only exception is Black Friday, which is the only day of the year when we offer a discount.
